So, We did a workshop on dig free gardening and it went off very well. People were happy and involved. Everyone brought two packs of seeds to share and we passed them around. So now by buying 2 packs of seeds, everyone has seeds for their whole garden!! Winter Gardens are fun and easier to grow in the South. There were 15 people in attendance. It was a great little class.
We taught about building the boxes, lining them, good soil mixes, non chemical fertilizers and pest control, and companion gardening! 2 hours later, Green gardners are born!!
I think we should do it again. Maybe every season!

I've been trying to get back on this site for a few weeks now and I have to say, it's been difficult. I don't know if it's the site or my internet connection or the combo of both, but I haven't been able to connect.
I'm connected now and I'm going to read everything and keep so that if it hapens again, I'll be up to date.

I'm in a good mood tonight.
Debates have been lively.
The house has been quiet.
Repair have been made.
Tomorrow is the long journey to the lizard kingdom to pick up supplies for my little dragons.
It's a 2 hour drive, but on the way we can run by my mom's house and pick up another television. I'll drop off some money for her.
A outdoor cage that can hang in a tree for natural sunlight. An indoor bulb for Vitamin D, and a bag of proso-millet for bedding.

This afternoon we have all been lazy. The dogs are snoring, the husband is napping and after two long convos with friends, I've been just sitting in the silence, enjoying my day. Our house is filled with Mosquito Killers. Husband opened the door last night around midnight to let the dogs out and four or five of those giant winged creatures came flying in. They've been making lazy swooping circles and thwarting every attempt the dogs have made to eat them up.
I just got off the phone with a lovely man named Greg who's been tracking a package missing at the post for a month. He found it and now it's evidently on its way back to the sender, hopefully full intact. I'm glad it's on the way back to her because the sending of the thing actually provided me the healing I needed. She doesn't need to resend it. I feel very much like I'm OK about things now.
Tomorrow My little dog man goes in to have a tumor on his foot checked out. I'm nervous but I'm OK. I think it's going to be a small thing and not a big one. Doubtful that it's going to be cancerous. It looks like a keloid, actually and it might be one. He's prone to large scars and scar tissue.
That's it for now.
Have a lovely day Gaia Friends

Do Someone a Solid Today.
Be Kind for the sake of Kindness.
Do Something Good for the sake of spreading goodness.
Give, without expectation of reciprocity.
Do it once. Then again. It's addictive.

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 05, 2008:
I am going through the most difficult stage in my life this far and Gaia's very own Siona heard me loud and clear. She ushered me back into the community rather than away from it and helped me on the path to my own healing.
She listened and she heard me.
And I really want to thank her for that...
